Public pages set no cookies
Browsing this site places no cookie on your device. There are no analytics, advertising, profiling or social-network cookies, and no third-party scripts that could set them. Under Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC (the “ePrivacy” rules, implemented in Italy by the Garante’s cookie guidelines) consent is required for non-essential storage; since none is used for public visitors, no consent request is shown.
Local browser storage (not cookies, not transmitted)
Two small values may be saved in your browser’s own localStorage, purely so the site does not repeat itself:

Neither is sent to the server, neither identifies you, and both are technically necessary to deliver a preference you actively expressed. You can delete them at any time from your browser settings.
One essential cookie, for the site owner only
When the administrator signs in to the private editorial area, a single cookie named wwdk_session is set: HTTP-only, SameSite Strict, secure in production, expiring after eight hours, scoped to the private path. It exists solely to keep that login secure and is exempt from consent as strictly necessary. It is never set for public visitors.
Third-party services and their own storage
- Automatic translation: contacted only when you actively choose a language. That provider may then set its own storage under its own notice.
- Agreement checker (optional): sends your PDF once to the AI provider; no cookie is involved.
- External links (sources in every ledger) lead to third-party sites governed by their own policies.
